Nicolò Krättli works in the fields of architecture and arts. He studied architecture at the ETH in Zurich and completed his masters degree with Prof. Christian Kerez in 2015. Amongst others he worked at the office of Peter Zumthor and Partners (9 months) and Not Vital Studio. This artistic stage brought him to Agadez in Niger, where Nicolò tried to realize a minaret sculpture. In 2014 he realized a live-drawing scenography at the Theater Chur containing ink-drawings with pen and brush which were screened on a 6×9 meter opera-foil. The current project aims to preserve film in a 3D-mosaic sculpture, where all kinds of IT programs enable a materialisation of virtual video sequences into gypsum or glass.
